Many irrigation systems on large landscape sites have a unique type of controller system. 

The two-wire type of irrigation controller has been around for decades. It is popular on large sites because only 2 wires are needed to connect all the valves on a system, hence the name  two-wire. Rainy Days Irrigation has serviced dozens of two-wire systems in the past, from large athletic field complexes to subdivision common areas.
