Winter Is Coming

If you forget about the importance of Winterizing your irrigation system, you could end up with a frozen geyser — and replacing a damaged backflow preventer is costly! Rainy Days offers Winterization services to prepare your irrigation system to weather those freezing temperatures. The process includes turning off the water supply to your irrigation system, draining the water from any above-ground components, and detaching and draining your backflow device so you can store it over the Winter. We also remove all water from the risers and seal them off so no debris gets into the system during the cold months.

Winterization begins around the 3rd week in October. Please call us to schedule the shutdown of your irrigation system.
